Q 我還沒有收到包裹應如何處理?

A 如你有包裹的物流號,你可以到我們的訂單查詢頁查看。如沒有,則如我們的客服人員聯絡 sale@jplandshop.com,我們會儘快與你聯絡。


Q 我應如何支付我的訂單?

A 我們的網站目前支援銀行轉帳,過數易,轉數快。


Q 你們的網站安全嗎?

A 您可以放心,在我們網店購物是安全的。我們使用最新的安全系統和加密軟件來確保您的個人詳細信息(例如姓名、地址和銀行詳細信息)安全。


Q 如果我收到錯誤或破損産品應如何處理?

A 得知您收到了錯誤或破損産品,我們深感遺憾。請儘快與我們聯絡 sale@jplandshop.com ,電郵請包含您的訂單號、您收到物品的名稱/產品代碼以及任何進一步的詳細信息。我們將在 3 個工作日內與您聯繫以解決您的問題。


Q 我可以修改訂單內容嗎?

A 一旦您下訂單,就無法修改任何詳細信息,我們的倉庫團隊會直接收到訂單,並且已經開始處理您的訂單。

 

 

關於運送

 

Q 商品會以甚麼方式運送?

A 我們提供 DHL express、SF express、嘉泓物流、BUYUP、EBUY運送。如訂單滿HKD500即可享有免運費,否則需要支付運費HKD30。台灣地區部分商品HKD45。


Q 你們還有甚麼地區可以按排送貨的?

A 我們只會寄送以下地區: 香港,澳門,台灣。


Q 通常運送時間會多久?

A 通常下單後,預計7-20個工作天內會收到産品。(包含2-5個工作天按需列印的製作時間)

*送達時間 = 生產時間 + 運輸時間 

 

關於退換

 

Q 你們有退貨服務嗎?

A.請遵從以下退回產品步驟說明:

1.在14天內(從收到産品的那天起)聯絡sale@jplandshop.com,需要提交有問題的産品圖。

2.我的客服團隊會在1-3個工作天(假期除外)以電郵回覆您。

3.我們收到退回産品後,會發送電郵與您確認。

 *溫馨提示:客製化似顏繪服務不設退款。

 

Q 你們會退回貨品的運費嗎?

A 很抱歉,我們不提供免費退貨。任何退貨費用將由您自費。


Q 如果我收到錯誤或破損産品應如何處理?

A 得知您收到了有破損的產品,我們深感遺憾。在購買後 14 天內與我們聯絡 sale@jplandshop.com,並附上故障產品的圖片,我們將與您聯繫以解決問題。


Q 通常處理時間是多久?

A 我們會盡快處理您的退貨,但有時在您將商品退還給我們後,可能需要長達 14 天的時間來處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 14 天后仍未獲得退款,請即與我們聯繫 sale@jplandshop.com,並提供您的回郵收據中的郵資信息證明,我們將對此進行進一步調查。


Q 如何查看我的退換狀態?

A 一旦我們收到您的退件,您將收到一封電子郵件通知。然後,您還會收到我們的電子郵件,說明您的退款已處理。請注意,付款可能需要 3-5 個工作日才能顯示在您的帳戶中,具體取決於發卡機構。

Q What should I do if I haven't received the package yet?

A If you have the logistics number of the package, you can check it on our order inquiry page. If not, if our customer service staff contact sale@jplandshop.com, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Q How should I pay for my order?

A Our website currently supports bank transfer,FPS.


Q Is your website safe?

A You can rest assured that shopping in our online store is safe. We use the latest security systems and encryption software to keep your personal details such as name, address and bank details safe.


Q What should I do if I receive wrong or damaged product?

A We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Please contact us at sale@jplandshop.com as soon as possible, emailing your order number, the name/product code of the item you received and any further details. We will contact you within 3 business days to resolve your issue.


Q Can I modify the order content?

A Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, it is received directly by our warehouse team and has already started processing your order.





About shipping


Q How will the product be shipped?

A We provide DHL express, SF express, Logistics International Holdings, BUYUP, EBUY shipping. If the order is over HKD500, you can enjoy free shipping, otherwise you need to pay a shipping fee of 30 HKD.Some commodities in Taiwan are 45HKD.


Q What other areas can you deliver according to schedule?

A We will only send to the following areas: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan.


Q How long is the usual shipping time?

A Usually after placing an order, it is expected to receive the product within 7-20 working days. (Including 2-5 working days for print-on-demand production time)

*Delivery time = production time + shipping time



About returns


Q Do you have return service?

A. Please follow the steps below to return the product:
1. Contact sale@jplandshop.com within 14 days (from the day you receive the product), and you need to submit a picture of the product in question.

2. My customer service team will reply you by email within 1-3 working days (except holidays).

3. After we receive the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm.

*Reminder: There is no refund for the customized face painting service.



Q Will you refund the shipping cost of the item?

A Sorry, we do not offer free returns. Any return costs will be at your expense.


Q What should I do if I receive wrong or damaged product?

A We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged product. Contact us at sale@jplandshop.com within 14 days of purchase with a picture of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.


Q How long is the usual processing time?

A We will process your return as quickly as possible, but sometimes it may take up to 14 days to process your refund after you return the item to us. If you have not received a refund within 14 days of returning your item, please contact us immediately at sale@jplandshop.com with proof of postage information from your return receipt and we will investigate further.


Q How can I check my return status?

A You will receive an email notification once we have received your return. You will then also receive an email from us stating that your refund has been processed. Please note that payments may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
